Elegant Design
The Stylus pens are designed with an elegant white body and clear disc tip. The pen’s body is aluminium, which is lightweight, just like a conventional pen.

Precise and Sensitive
The touch screen stylus pencil tip is clear and thin, allowing you to see through the fine point. You can get a more quiet and accurate writing and drawing experience.

Universal Stylus
Compatible with most smartphones, android tablets, touch screen laptops/PC, and other capacitive touch screen devices.

Two-way Magnetic Cap Features
The magnetically attached cap will absorb at each end of the stylus for maximum protection on both sides of the pen. This makes it feel like a real pen, is durable and convenient.

Replaceable Tips
The two styluses come with 2 spare disc tips (diameter: 0.7cm) and 2 spare fibre tip (diameter: 0.61cm). The tips on both ends of the stylus are replaceable and is easy to do without any tools.

Please note:
1. DO NOT remove the plastic disc at the end of the tip, or the fine tip will not work.
2. When using the stylus, please ensure the disc is clean and fully touches the screen.
3. This Stylus does not support palm rejection. Please make sure your hands do not lie on the screen.
4. If the stylus lags and cannot write smoothly on the device, a reason could be that the device is not running correctly. Please restart the device or turn off other apps.
5. You can slide the screen but cannot write in a specific app, please check the apps settings or confirm whether the app supports handwriting functions.

1. Due to the disc’s material being conductive plastic, before using the stylus on your device, please ensure that both the device screen and the disc are clean. Dirt can catch onto the disc, which may result in reduced sensitivity and, in some cases, even scratch your screen.

2. Normally, our stylus won’t cause scratches on a touch screen. However, we recommend you use a screen protector on your device to protect the screen from any possible damage/scratches caused by dirt on the disc or screen, damaged tips or defective product.

3. If you suspect that your disc has been damaged in any way, discontinue use. A damaged disc may scratch the screen, so please replace it with a new disc.

General guidelines:
When the stylus does not work in some apps, please do the following checks:

A. Both finger and stylus do not work.
1. Please check the settings of the app.

For example:
-If you find that your stylus can’t write in Memo, please turn on “Draw with finger” button in the app.
-If you find that your stylus cannot write in Notability, please select “Apple pencil: Disconnect” in the app.

B. Finger works. Stylus does not.
1. Confirm that the device is compatible.
2. Try to replace the replacement tip.

Our delivery policy is simple and straight-forward. We charge a flat delivery fee of R65 per order to anywhere in South Africa in 3-5 business days.

As soon as your order is en route and a tracking number is available, we will send this to you along with a link to track your order. Deliveries are effected using hand-to-hand couriers, and your order is fully insured from the moment it leaves our warehouse right up until you receive delivery.

Note that orders can only be delivered within the borders of South Africa.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-day Madness Guarantee:

If you are unhappy with your product within the first 30 days, in any way, we will give you 100% refund and 15% off your next order. We call this the Madness Guarantee.

You have 30 days, since the day item was received, to let us know if you are unhappy. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in re-sellable condition (unless the product is defective) with the packaging in tact.

For returns, please email with the subject ‘Returns’ and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

We will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid “lost packages” situations.

When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.

If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer’s credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Defective goods:

If your product is giving you problems we offer a 12 month product warranty on all goods purchased through Monthly Madness. Goods will be collected and assessed before any refunds are made.
