The Maisonware Rechargeable Electric Arc Lighter adopts a lithium battery and intelligent charging circuit, with high capacity and LED display. Electronic Display and USB Charged
LED display shows the power level clearly. The lighter can be charged using any USB charging port, such as computers or any other rechargeable devices. It is convenient, portable to carry and reusable.
Please read this user manual carefully before use. This product uses a lithium-ion rechargeable battery.
1. Charge via the USB interface by connecting to a computer, cellphone charger or charge with an output voltage of DV 5V±0.5V and output current below 3000mA.
2. At first-time use or when not having used for a long period of time, connect, and disconnect the charger before charging.
3. The built-in smart charging circuit will activate the indicator lights when charging and will turn off when fully charged.
4. Disconnect the power immediately after the lighter has fully charged. A full charge takes approx. 1-2 hours. Do not leave the fully charged battery connected to a power source as over-charging will shorten the battery life.
5. Charging the battery before it is fully depleted will help prevent the battery life shortening.
6. The lighter has various protection features such as overcharge protect, over discharge and overload. The product will automatically cut off the power supply inside and lock the circuit so that it cannot be used if ignited for a long period of time.
7. The lighter will automatically shut off after continuous ignition for 10 seconds to avoid the lighter being over used.
How to use the lighter
1. Slide the lock button up when you are ready to use the lighter. The battery charging lights will be on/indicate the battery percentage. Press the ignition switch and the lighter will start working. Slide the safety lock downward when done, the power and lights will go off.
2. During ignition, the lighter will make a noise which indicates the high-voltage power generation.
3. Insert the charging cable into the USB port at the bottom of the lighter to charge. During charging, the battery indicator lights will flash.

• Do NOT use sharp objects to pierce or damage the lighter
• Do NOT expose to direct sunlight or temperatures above 60?C
• KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN
• Do not attempt to repair or dissemble the lighter or components
• Do not place the lighter into water or expose to other liquids
• To prevent damage do not use this lighter with chargers other than those specified
• Do not use the product continuously more than 5 times in a row
• Keep the lighter away from hands, face, skin, etc. to prevent injury
• Make sure the flame is totally extinguished after use and the lighter is off before storing

Our delivery policy is simple and straight-forward. We charge a flat delivery fee of R65 per order to anywhere in South Africa in 3-5 business days.
As soon as your order is en route and a tracking number is available, we will send this to you along with a link to track your order. Deliveries are effected using hand-to-hand couriers, and your order is fully insured from the moment it leaves our warehouse right up until you receive delivery.
Note that orders can only be delivered within the borders of South Africa.

If you are unhappy with your product within the first 30 days, in any way, we will give you 100% refund and 15% off your next order. We call this the Madness Guarantee.
You have 30 days, since the day item was received, to let us know if you are unhappy. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in re-sellable condition (unless the product is defective) with the packaging in tact.
For returns, please email help@monthlymadness.co.za with the subject ‘Returns’ and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid “lost packages” situations.
When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer’s credit card or original payment method shortly after.
Defective goods:
If your product is giving you problems we offer a 12 month product warranty on all goods purchased through Monthly Madness. Goods will be collected and assessed before any refunds are made.
