Rechargeable
The book light is USB-C rechargeable. The built-in 1000 mAh battery can provide up to 80 hours of uninterrupted lighting, depending on the brightness setting used. The battery may require frequent charging if the light is utilised longer than the daily 30-minute recommended period. There are four power indicators on the panel which shows you how much power is left.
Less eye strains
The reading light has three different colour modes: amber, warm and natural. The amber mode (1600K) is an eye-protection mode due to the blue-light blocking technology, warm mode (3000K) is perfect for setting the mood when reading a good novel, and natural mode (5000K) simulates natural daylight. You can choose which mode best suits you.
Adjustable brightness
The reading light has 16 evenly spread LED beads – no flickering or dazzling lights. The five adjustable brightness levels make it bright enough for you to read and simultaneously dim enough not to disturb anyone nearby. You can enjoy your reading time wherever you are.
Steady and portable
The clamp is steady and sturdy. The maximum height, when extended, is 4,6cm and can be easily clipped onto a 2,5cm thick book. The clamp is also equipped with flexible non-slip padding and can stand independently on a table. The light weighs approximately 63g, making it portable, and being flexible makes it compact to fit into your purse or backpack.
Adjustable neck
Use the book light clip base to stand on a table or securely clamp onto a book. Once anchored, swivel the flexible gooseneck to adjust the book light exactly where you want it, any way you want it.

Our delivery policy is simple and straight-forward. We charge a flat delivery fee of R65 per order to anywhere in South Africa in 3-5 business days.
As soon as your order is en route and a tracking number is available, we will send this to you along with a link to track your order. Deliveries are effected using hand-to-hand couriers, and your order is fully insured from the moment it leaves our warehouse right up until you receive delivery.
Note that orders can only be delivered within the borders of South Africa.

If you are unhappy with your product within the first 30 days, in any way, we will give you 100% refund and 15% off your next order. We call this the Madness Guarantee.
You have 30 days, since the day item was received, to let us know if you are unhappy. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in re-sellable condition (unless the product is defective) with the packaging in tact.
For returns, please email help@monthlymadness.co.za with the subject ‘Returns’ and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid “lost packages” situations.
When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer’s credit card or original payment method shortly after.
Defective goods:
If your product is giving you problems we offer a 12 month product warranty on all goods purchased through Monthly Madness. Goods will be collected and assessed before any refunds are made.
