Complying with the same safety standards as children’s toys, the ball is made using natural, durable rubber. It is non-toxic, eco-friendly, chew-proof, safe, soft, and elastic. The cotton yarn rubber lining makes it more challenging and durable, so it can be kicked and bounced around. Note, the ball is suitable for 8kg to 30kg dogs.

Ruff ‘n Tuff Interactive Pet Football Toy has nylon tabs sewn evenly into the seams to create an erratic bounce that dogs love to chase and make it easier for the dogs to fetch, toss, tug, and retrieve. Dog paws are printed evenly on the ball to attract the dog’s attention. There’s a longer strap for people to hold, making it a great interactive toy to train your dogs.
Extra bouncing ball for water play
Adopting a lightweight, buoyant design, the ball can be played in the pool or at the beach. The grab tabs are to keep your dog entertained and active, and help dog’s best friend stay engaged.
Pump and needle adapter Included
The ball comes deflated. A needlepoint adapter and a pump are included to pump up the ball to the correct pressure (6-8 PSI). The ball is approx. 15cm in diameter, perfect for small and medium breeds, but not for aggressive chewers.

Inflating instructions
1. Unfold the ball with hands to make it softer.
2. After unfolding, find the valve hole.
3. Before inflating, please lubricate the ball needle to be inserted easily into the valve hole.
4. Pinch the valve hole lightly and insert the ball needle
5. Inflate the ball slowly to the recommended air pressure (6-8) PSI.
6. Press the ball gently with you fingers to ensure that it’s not under- or over-inflated.

Our delivery policy is simple and straight-forward. We charge a flat delivery fee of R65 per order to anywhere in South Africa in 3-5 business days.
As soon as your order is en route and a tracking number is available, we will send this to you along with a link to track your order. Deliveries are effected using hand-to-hand couriers, and your order is fully insured from the moment it leaves our warehouse right up until you receive delivery.
Note that orders can only be delivered within the borders of South Africa.

If you are unhappy with your product within the first 30 days, in any way, we will give you 100% refund and 15% off your next order. We call this the Madness Guarantee.
You have 30 days, since the day item was received, to let us know if you are unhappy. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in re-sellable condition (unless the product is defective) with the packaging in tact.
For returns, please email help@monthlymadness.co.za with the subject ‘Returns’ and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid “lost packages” situations.
When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer’s credit card or original payment method shortly after.
Defective goods:
If your product is giving you problems we offer a 12 month product warranty on all goods purchased through Monthly Madness. Goods will be collected and assessed before any refunds are made.
